The student accounts office is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition and fees for the university. To make this process as easy as possible, we offer convenient online access to your account with multiple payment options including payment plans.

Summer Hours and Billing
Here are some things to keep in mind this summer
- Summer Hours: All university offices close at 4:30pm (instead of 5pm) starting on Monday, May 22nd and continuing through Friday, August 11th.
- Independence Day (Week) closure: All university offices will be closed from July 3rd through July 7th in observance of Independence Day.
- Balance due date: Your account balance due date is the first day of class - this includes summer semester. The fastest and safest payment method is Bill+Payment. If you wish to pay by check, note our payment address below.
- Fall billing: Billing for the fall semester will occur on Friday, July 14th this year since our normal billing date of July 15th falls on a Saturday. Payments are due on August 28th.
2022 Form 1098-T
The 2022 form 1098-T was posted to the Bill+Payment portal for all qualifying students on January 25, 2023. All prior year forms are also available for download as well.

Direct Deposit for Refunds & Reimbursements
You can set up direct deposit for student account refunds and for expense reimbursements in just a few minutes! (This is NOT the same as payroll direct deposit!) Log in to the WU Portal, then click on Self Service to get started! Once you're in, click on Banking Information. (Questions? Click here)
